For women with more to give

Your next move doesn’t have to look like the last one.

For accomplished women with plenty of ideas and a growing sense that it’s time to stop leading someone else’s vision and begin creating their own.

THERE'S A REASON YOU'RE HERE

You're here because something is pulling at you.

Maybe it's a passion you've been fitting around the edges of your life, squeezed into evenings and weekends while a job pays the bills.

Maybe it's work you're already doing, but you're not charging enough to make it last.

Maybe it feels so much like a calling that charging for it seems wrong — as if asking for money would somehow betray the very thing that makes it meaningful.

Or maybe you've been giving too much away for too long, and you're running out of energy to keep going.

Whatever brought you here, I want you to know something before we begin: you were never meant to do this for free.

I believe you should be paid for your genius, not just your time.

You don't have to choose between meaning and money.

The work

From a head full of possibilities to a message you can stand behind.

My work is for the moment between knowing something needs to change and being ready to start what comes next.

Hear what is already there

Make space for the ideas, instincts and experience that keep asking for your attention.

Find the living thread

Identify the message and contribution that carry real energy — rather than teaching what you think people want.

Make a brave move

Turn clarity into an honest next step you can take without pretending to have the whole path mapped out.

MEET YOUR GUIDE

Jacqueline "MamaJ" Hollows

I’ve been delivering a pioneering well-being paradigm to people in prison for the last 10 years (which is where the MamaJ came from :).

Now I’m on a mission to ‘activate’ women who are done with leading someone else’s vision and are ready to create their own dream of making the world a better place.

I’m the author of Wing of an Angel (story about my prison work) and business book Let Them Feel It as well as some books of short stories. I also love public speaking and ‘sprinkling the fairy dust’ (and no that is not a metaphor for some weird drug!).

I live in the countryside in the UK with my husband and cat. And I LOVE life.

Is this you?

This space is for women who …

Have built something credible, but no longer feel fully expressed by it

Are accomplished and full of ideas, yet unsure which one deserves their energy

Feel undervalued, under-appreciated or underpaid in their current work

Want to make a difference without squeezing themselves into another formula

Are considering a career move that may not look logical on paper

Are ready for honest perspective — not another performance of confidence

What shifts

A little more clarity. A lot more courage.

I came with a lot of ideas and even more impostor syndrome. I was having trouble pitching my ideas, and insecure about what I could offer people ... . MamaJ was so supportive and directed me to the insights found in my own words.  She helped me clarify the specific benefits I could offer others. That alone set me up for confidence and shifted my perspective.

I was considering giving up on my business, but after the exercises and insights, I realised there’s still some juice in my original message and offer. I’m going to hang in there and give it another go.

Working with Jacqueline
I feel hope. I feel truth. It’s hard to describe exactly how your book impacted me, but all I know is that something shifted inside me. I ugly cried through half of it. And laughed as well.
